There is really no difference. I get the organic brown. The only thing that makes me sad about eggs is that, the consumers will only buy "perfect" eggs, and there are millions of eggs thrown out if they aren't perfect size or shape or color. You know what I mean? BUT... as far as protein and calories, they are the same.
